cooking for the dogs

it is february of 2014, and i have decided to start cooking for the dogs. it's cheaper and probably healthier for them. I have figured out that i need to use 20 lbs of ground meat in one month to feed our 5 dogs. I have a few books and the best so far is by Rick Woodford. It is called, Feed your dog better or something like that. So far the dogs are loving it. it's a lot more work right now than i envisioned, but i have not gotten a system yet. We got a small freezer and that is helping a lot.
