It is official. We have adopted Spike. We now have 5 dogs and are at our limit with the township.

Spike has Rick wrapped around his little finger. i think Spike might end up staying..if he can be a good boy and no more pee in the house.

Well, we have a new Foster dog. Spike was in a bad situation in Nova Scotia. His Breeder was trying to save him but she is in BC Canada. Too far to fly him. It would stress him out pretty bad. I volunteered to Foster him. He has been here one week. He got Neutered on Wednesday. He has some behavioral issues, but hopefully they can be overcome. Mainly, A bit of aggression when he does not get what he wants, and a bit of marking in the house. He loves the other dogs, but is wary of people. I don't blame him. He is actually not doing badly with Rick and I. We want him to learn not to bark at every little thing, and to relax with people. He has been doing ok for only being here one week.
